The body is a complex of different connections – so symptoms rarely make themselves felt in just one place. Pain in the jaw or the neck and shoulder muscles, a cracking and rubbing of the jaw, small abraded teeth or a restricted mouth opening are all signs of problems with the jaw joints. There are many causes: stress or missing teeth can trigger the complaints.

The treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders is one of our main areas of practice. After several weeks of further training with Prof. Dr. A. Bumann in Berlin, we apply the CMD Professional Concept. The therapy is determined individually and ranges from individual splints/aligners, new dentures, osteopathy and physiotherapy to other forms of stress relief.
